Neat Board 50

£4,933.00 £9,186.00

Transform your small and medium meeting spaces with the Neat Board 50, an all-in-one solution that is designed for the modern workplace and fully certified for Google Meet Hardware, allowing for traditional video meetings as well as interactive collaboration.

Neat Board 50 features a 50-inch 4K touch display that’s protected with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coatings. It includes the magnetic, pressure-sensitive Neat Active Marker and, when deployed as Google Meet Hardware, can integrate natively with third-party whiteboarding platforms FigJam, Lucidspark and Miro to create a natural, collaborative experience. Need to join a meeting on a platform not supported by Google Meet Hardware? The addition of BYOD mode means that you can quickly connect and launch your meetings directly from your own device using a single USB-C cable.

💡 Google Meet Hardware on Android-based devices such as Neat Board 50 supports native interoperability with Zoom and Webex. Microsoft Teams is coming later; or deploy Pexip to get Teams interop immediately without any extra hardware. With a USB-C cable, Neat Board 50 becomes an extension of your laptop – letting you join a call on any platform, including Teams, with the applications on your laptop.

Audio and video

The Neat Board 50 has a built-in 50MP camera with which Neat delivers three framing modes: adaptive group framing, dynamic individual framing and dynamic speaker focus. Its wide 113° horizontal field of view keeps participants in view. It also features a dual-speaker system with two opposing full-range drivers for vibration cancellation, a five-mic end-fire array and five additional sensor microphones with beamforming and voice tracking technology to enhance participants’ voices whilst filtering out any unwanted sound, ensuring optimum audio in any environment.

Flexible setup

The included table stand makes it easy to get set up quickly. You also have the option to mount the device to the wall with either the fixed or adaptive wall mount. For even more flexibility, you can attach Neat Board 50 to the adaptive stand – a height-adjustable and mobile solution.

Expandable capabilities

Looking for more? Connect and add other devices to enhance your meeting experience, including:

  • Neat Center, a tabletop camera that offers remote participants an additional viewing angle, whilst its additional 16 microphones ensure voices at the far end are picked up more clearly, improving meeting equity
  • Neat Pad or Neat Pad Pro, which can be used as either a meeting room touch controller or scheduling display* with various mounting options – or simply lay it flat on the table

*Google Meet Hardware does not have a native scheduling application for room booking panels. Neat Pad and Neat Pad Pro support third-party platforms that integrate with Google Calendar such as Comeen and Robin. Contact us for more details.

Neat Pad or Neat Pad Pro: what's the difference?

Whilst both touch controllers are supported across the Neat range, there are some key differences:

  • Neat Pad features an 8" touchscreen display, built-in microphones and, when used as a scheduling display, LED lights to signal the room's availability
  • Neat Pad Pro includes all features available in the Neat Pad with a larger 10” HD display (16:10, 1920x1200), built-in audio processing for its internal microphones and 8x more processing power

If you're unsure which option is right for you, contact us and we would be happy to assist.
