Comeen: Smart Workplace Platform
Eliminate ghost meetings and free up your meeting rooms
How many meeting rooms are tied up even though nobody is using them? Comeen is here to change that. With tools for encouraging colleagues to free up a room early, Comeen can help you achieve a 50% rebooking rate. That means more people can find a room for their meeting and make use of being in the office.
What is a ghost meeting?
Everyone has experienced these. Ghost meetings occur when a room is booked but nobody shows up. Maybe everyone joined that call remotely or from home. In the meantime, colleagues in the office have the experience of not being able to find a free room in their calendar but if they wander the corridors they see empty rooms.
How does Comeen help?
Comeen sends reminders via your messaging platform of choice – Google Chat, Teams or Slack – to say that you’ve got a room booked. Then you simply click a button to indicate whether you need the room. If you say “no”, the room is released from the booking and can be used by anyone else.

When rooms are freed up three hours before the meeting starts, Comeen sees up to a 50% rebooking rate; that’s 50% of rooms that were released now being used for a different meeting instead. As the meeting time approaches, the rebooking rate drops; meanwhile, most scheduling platforms don’t start freeing up rooms until the meeting is already due to start.
Recurring meetings are the biggest cause of ghost meetings
After your chosen number of missed check-ins, Comeen will automatically remove the meeting room from a recurring meeting series.
How is Comeen deployed?
Comeen can be used as a virtual service only, working in the background to eliminate ghost meetings; or it can be paired with room booking hardware like Logitech Tap Scheduler to provide tangible indicators of a room’s booking status.

Comeen is fully integrated with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with an integration with Slack, so your team does not need to learn any new tools or remember to log into any new services. Everything is delivered through services where your team already knows how to work.
Automatic check-in
When used with Google Meet Hardware, Comeen gets even better: launching a meeting automatically counts as checking into the room without needing to do anything else.
Who else is using Comeen?
Comeen is deployed at over 300 organisations spanning 42 countries, and trusted by the likes of Air Liquide, Colgate-Palmolive, Sanmina and Veolia.
